On May 20th, the pilot project for the normalized transfer of drone nucleic acid samples in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City was officially launched. This project is the first large-scale unmanned aerial vehicle nucleic acid sample transportation network led by the Yuhang District Government. The first phase of the project involves the construction of a nucleic acid sample distribution network within the medical community of the Yuhang Health Service Center, which will radiate to multiple nucleic acid testing points in the Yuhang area.
As early as the end of 2019, after being awarded the first delivery drone operation license in China, Antwork began gradually building a medical community testing sample distribution network in Yuhang District. With multiple health service centers such as Cangqian and Yuhang as the core, it radiates over 10 grassroots health stations, including Gaoqiao Village, Gexiang Community, Lianzitang, Wushanqian, Yiqiao, Hongtong, Jingshan, Zhongtai, etc., bringing convenience to medical treatment for residents in the region, and enjoying medical examination services at their doorstep anytime and anywhere. With the continuous deepening of application, Antwork has extended this transportation mode to various institutions under the Yuhang Second Hospital and Yuhang Third Hospital Medical Community, achieving full coverage of the main areas of Yuhang.
Based on the rich operating experience of Antwork and in combination with existing routes, this increase in nucleic acid transfer services can fully reuse resources and achieve the most cost-effective combination of peacetime and wartime.
Previously, Antwork had accumulated rich experience in nucleic acid transport. Since participating in the transportation of nucleic acid samples for the first time in June last year, in the context of the spread of COVID-19 in various regions and the increased transmission of new strains, rapid ants have successively helped medical institutions establish fast air transportation routes for nucleic acid samples in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi, Guangdong and other regions, serving a total of over 7 million people, accelerating the transportation of nucleic acid samples in multiple regions.
In the nucleic acid transportation scenario, in addition to using conventional takeoff and landing points, the rapid ant also innovatively explores the combination with digital nucleic acid collection stations (nucleic acid huts), achieving seamless connection of "on-site collection and takeoff" through the top of the station takeoff and landing mode, reducing contact risks and further accelerating the transportation time.
