On August 25th, 2022, one of the contents of the Air Force Open Day activities - the Second International Forum on the Development of Chinese Civil Unmanned Aerial Systems was held in Changchun. This exhibition focuses on the development of drones, exploring the collaborative supervision of drones and the future development direction of the industry. Leaders including Lv Erxue, Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Yin Shijun, Chief Engineer, and Chen Pengde, Head of the Coordination and Supervision Bureau of the Office of the National Air Traffic Control Commission, attended the forum. Mr. Zhang Lei, founder of Antwork, attended the forum and delivered a speech with the theme of "Building Urban Air Transport Network" as a guest speaker.

At the meeting, Antwork was the first to appear in the sub forum on "Innovative Practice Based on Specific Risks". Mr. Zhang Lei, based on the delivery experience of Antwork City, summarized Antwork's contribution to the development of drone related standards in recent years. As a pioneer in the development of urban air transportation, Antwork obtained its first urban delivery drone operation license in 2019. In the past few years, Antwork has accumulated rich experience and nurtured the industry from the perspective of urban delivery scenarios. As the main participants, I have successively drafted "Classification of Distributed Operation and Operation Levels for Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems" and "Technical Requirements for Delivery Electric Multi rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Light and Small) Systems in Urban Scenarios" Industry standards related to the "Design Specification for Unmanned Aerial Routes in Urban Logistics Scenarios" and the "Guidelines for the Trial Operation of Logistics Distribution of Civil Light and Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles" (to be released) are information notices issued by the Civil Aviation Administration.

Among them, the "Classification of Distributed Operation Levels for Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Systems" starts from the automatic operation system of urban air delivery and divides the distributed operation levels into six levels, including AL-0 to AL-5. Antwork is currently able to achieve AL-4 level autonomous driving through its self-developed automatic operation algorithm, which puts forward requirements for unmanned aerial vehicles at the system level. The Technical Requirements for Urban Scene Delivery Electric Multi rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (Light and Small) System standardize the product design and development of urban delivery drones. The "Specification for Unmanned Aerial Route Planning in Urban Delivery Scenarios" provides a clear definition of the rules for drone route planning. After the release of the Civil Aviation Administration's announcement document "Guidelines for the Trial Operation Approval of Logistics Distribution of Civil Light and Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles", relevant enterprises of delivery drones will enter the stage of standardized management.

On August 22nd, the "Roadmap for the Development of Civil Unmanned Aerial Systems v1.0" officially began soliciting opinions, marking the official guidance of the industry's development direction from a macro level on the basis of the basic establishment of the framework. As a pioneer in the air transportation network, Antwork has created a delivery market in cities worth millions of yuan. We will take this opportunity, fulfill our mission, and help China's urban air transportation industry take a new step forward.
