On July 15th, the 12th Aviation Electronics and Air Traffic Management Academic Conference (CCAM2023) and the 2023 Academic Annual Meeting of the Aviation Electronics and Air Traffic Management Branch, jointly organized by Antwork, were held at the Hangzhou Innovation Research Institute of Beihang University.
The conference focused on "Smart Civil Aviation, Smart Low Altitude, and Cooperative Operation" to discuss the status and development technology of smart air traffic control and general aviation UAVs. Zhang Jun, academician of the CAE Member, secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing University of Technology, Chen Zhijie, academician of the CAE Member, director of the National Key Laboratory of Airspace Technology, and leaders of various relevant universities and institutions participated in the event.
At the meeting, Zhang Jun, academician of the CAE Member and secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing University of Technology, delivered a speech.
Chen Zhijie, an academician of the CAE Member and director of the National Key Laboratory of Airspace Technology, published a report entitled "Research on the Status Quo of Air Traffic Management Development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles". He pointed out that due to its particularity, unmanned aerial vehicles need to provide unified air traffic services based on the difference in flight capabilities of "control, remote control and autonomy". Digital capabilities should be utilized to integrate detection, perception, and application through various means to meet monitoring needs in different flight scenarios. Drone air traffic control urgently needs to promote the construction and demonstration of an air traffic control system with layered governance of the airspace system as the core. We need to seize the development opportunity of drone air traffic control and solve the problem of coordinated development between China's air traffic control, avionics, and ground systems.
In the afternoon, Zhang Lei, founder and CEO of Antwork Technology, released a report on the architecture of urban air data operation systems. On site, he introduced the current development status and commercial landscape of Antwork Technology. At the same time, in response to the deployment of low altitude new infrastructure in the city, Antwork has built a standard public airport, achieved the operation and scheduling of Antwork's own routes and airports, and completed the public management part through integration experiments. However, the current urban low altitude environment has not yet established public and universal public intelligence, nor has a standard spatiotemporal grid been established. In response to the problem of asynchronous spatiotemporal information, Antwork utilizes the "Skap" system to collect urban spatial information operation data, ultimately empowering the construction of low altitude digital cities with three major applications: "social efficient governance", "low altitude normal security", and "low altitude flight services".
As the pioneer of urban air logistics, Antwork takes the development of urban air transportation as its responsibility and is committed to building an air transportation network for 100 cities. Through the new infrastructure loop of "public intelligence", "public management", and "public airports", we promote the new development of urban low altitude. We believe that with the joint efforts of many industry pioneers, the future of urban low altitude will be even more brilliant.
