On September 15th, the "2023 Second Low Altitude Economic Development Conference" hosted by the People's Government of Anhui Province was held in Wuhu City. The theme of this conference is "Developing Low Altitude Economy and Creating a Better Future", focusing on the pilot reform of low altitude airspace management and opportunities for low altitude economic development, exploring the direction and path of low altitude economic development, and deepening cooperation in industries and key areas.
A parallel report meeting will be established at the conference, titled "Report on the Construction of Drone Industry and Low Altitude Economic Industry System". The report will benchmark the integration characteristics of low altitude economy and focus on discussing new technologies and models for specialized services of drones in logistics, police, security, transportation and other scenarios, providing wisdom for building a low altitude economic industry system. On site, Zhang Wenjin, a professor at the School of Flight at Beihang University and deputy chief engineer at the Institute of Reliability Engineering of Beihang University, presided over the event. Yang Fei, a first level researcher at the Air Traffic Control Office of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and Jin Bing, an inspector and deputy director of the Policy and Regulations Department of the State Post Office, as well as other leaders and scholars in the drone industry, attended the report and delivered relevant reports in the field of low altitude economy.
Yang Fei interpreted the newly released "Interim Regulations on the Flight Management of drones" in June this year, and proposed six innovative points in the drone regulations, including "opening up airworthiness airspace, airworthiness permits, integrating operation and operation permits, integrating airspace application and flight plan application, integrating comprehensive supervision services, and opening up conventional agricultural drone operations". He also looked forward to the industry development after the implementation of the regulations.
Zhang Lei, founder and CEO of Antwork, delivered a report titled "Delivery and Distribution Plan for Drone City Scenarios" at the conference and participated in the theme discussion of "Drone Professional Services Helping Low Altitude Economic Development". He introduced the achievements of Antwork in low altitude economic practice: gradually expanding from medical scenarios to new consumption scenarios, achieving replicability of drone transportation services; By utilizing the hardware system and aerial driving system of the product, utilizing cloud software and onboard computers, and carrying mission apps, the safe operation of flight missions can be achieved; Establish an aviation intelligence network - Skap, and collect urban information through terminals.
At the same time, Antwork actively participates in the construction of industry standards and participated in the release of three standards for urban delivery drones last year. And as the leader of the domestic technology matching working group, I am coordinating the construction of ISO international standards, not only promoting products to the world, but also letting more people understand "Chinese standards" and establishing a voice in Chinese practice.
In February 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Outline of the National Comprehensive Vertical Transportation Network Plan, which proposed for the first time the development of low altitude economy. At present, various provinces and cities are also accelerating the promotion and implementation of low altitude economic development plans. In this context, Antwork will leverage its advantages and actively participate in the construction of drone air networks in various provinces and cities, helping to promote industrial integration and contribute to China's low altitude economic takeoff.
