As an important part of the low-altitude economy, the application scenario has always been the key to the development of low-altitude logistics. Since its first medical distribution in 2020, Antwork has been based on the medical field and solved various medical problems for the people by using drone distribution.  The application of the medical community is one of the classic scenarios.

Since the pilot project of county-level medical community construction was launched in 2019, Antwork has closely collaborated with various county-level medical communities.  From 2020 to 2022, it has carried out medical transportation services for medical community samples in Cangqian, Yuhangt, Zhongtait, Jingshan and other places in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City. Through the fast and efficient delivery mode of drones without human labor, it greatly simplifies the sample inspection process, brings various inspection items to grassroots health centers, and provides more convenient medical and health services for local residents.

In order to further improve the efficiency of primary medical services, in mid-2023, Antwork and the Liangzhu Street Community Health Service Center in Yuhang District, Hangzhou, China, have entered into a cooperation agreement. As another breakthrough in the transportation service of the Yuhang District Medical Community, it has operated nearly a thousand flights. The route connects the health stations of Ducheng Village, Dalu Village, Shiqiao Village, Xianshi Village and Yunhe Village to the Liangzhu Community Health Service Center.  Residents in the above areas can conduct tests at the nearest health station at their doorstep, and the drones are responsible for rapidly and safely transporting these samples to the destination.  About 30,000 residents in the area have benefited from this.

For the transportation of drone inspection samples, the staff of the grassroots health service station expressed their support and expectation for this new service model: "Usually, the elderly in the vicinity will trust us more as doctors in the grassroots health service station. Compared to the complicated steps of registration in large hospitals, there is no need to queue up in the grassroots health service station, and doctors and nurses are more familiar with the physical condition of residents. If drone sample delivery can be realized in the health station, more inspection items can be carried out at the grassroots level, which also reduces the human and equipment costs that would otherwise be required for sample inspection at the grassroots level, and helps to improve the coverage of high-quality medical services. 

In December 2023, the National Health Commission and other ministries and commissions issued the "Guiding Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting the Construction of Close-knit County-level Medical and Health Communities", which proposed to "extend telemedicine to rural areas, promote grassroots inspection, superior diagnosis, and mutual recognition of results", "establish a drug shortage registration and distribution system to solve the problem of medication for rural residents". At the moment when the country vigorously promotes the construction of low-altitude economy, low-altitude logistics, as one of the most promising applications, needs us to be based on the scene. Antwork will earnestly proceed from actual needs, adhere to our original aspiration and hope, and strive to build a low-altitude logistics network in 100 cities.
